Preorder Policy

    1. What is a Preorder?

    Preordering allows customers to purchase items before they are officially released. By placing a preorder, you are securing your product to be shipped as soon as it becomes available. The estimated shipping date can be found on the product page.

    2. Shipping Dates

    The expected shipping date for preorder products is displayed on the product page. Please note that this is an estimate, and while we strive to meet these dates, delays due to production or logistics issues may occur. If there are significant delays, we will notify you via email.

    If you purchase items that are currently in stock together with preorder items, please note that your entire order will be shipped when the preorder item becomes available. If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those products.

    3. Payments

    Payments for preorder products are collected at the time of purchase. This secures your item in the preorder batch and guarantees shipment once the product becomes available.

    4. Custom Products

    Please note that custom or personalized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases where the product is defective or arrives damaged. If there is an issue with the custom product, please contact our customer service team within [insert number] days of delivery to resolve the issue.

    5. Order Cancellation and Fees

    Order Cancellation: You may cancel your preorder before the product has been shipped, subject to a cancellation fee of 20%. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with processing your order and holding the product in the preorder batch.

    Returns: Non-custom preorder items are subject to the same return policy as our standard products. If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery.

    6. Delays

    We reserve the right to delay the shipping of your preorder in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as production delays or logistical issues. Should this occur, we will notify you of the updated shipping date, and you may choose to either wait or cancel your order for a full refund (without any cancellation fee).

    7. Changes to Your Order

    In the event that there is a change in the product’s price or specifications before shipment, we will inform you via email. At that point, you may decide whether you wish to keep your order, modify it, or cancel it for a full refund.
