Pre-Order Policy

    1. What is a Preorder?
    Preordering allows customers to purchase items before they are officially released. By placing a preorder, you are securing your product to be shipped as soon as it becomes available. The estimated shipping date can be found on the product page.

    2. Preorder Duration
    The preorder will remain open until stocks are depleted or until the date specified in the product page, whichever comes first.

    3. Shipping Dates
    Preordered items will be shipped within 3 months after the preorder ends. This is a conservative estimate to allow for potential production or logistical delays. However, if we complete the orders sooner, items will be shipped earlier.
    Please note that if you purchase in-stock items alongside preorder items, your entire order will ship once the preorder product becomes available. For faster delivery of in-stock items, consider placing a separate order.

    4. Payments
    Payments for preorder products are collected at the time of purchase, securing your item in the preorder batch and guaranteeing shipment when the product is ready.

    5. Custom Products
    Custom or personalized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective or damaged. If an issue arises with a custom product, please contact our customer service within [insert number] days of delivery to resolve the matter.

    6. Order Cancellation and Fees
    Order Cancellation    : You may cancel your preorder before shipment, subject to a 20% cancellation fee to cover administrative and holding costs.

    Returns: Non-custom preorder items follow the standard return policy. You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

    7. Delays
    In the event of production or logistical delays, we reserve the right to postpone shipping. Should this happen, you will be notified of the new shipping date and can choose to either wait or cancel your order for a full refund without any cancellation fee.

    8. Changes to Your Order
    If there are changes to the product’s price or specifications before shipment, we will notify you via email. At that point, you may choose to proceed, modify your order, or cancel for a full refund.
